The Spark: Why I'll Never Stop Training (and Learning)

There's a word that has always guided my career, a spark that ignites every time: Training.

It's not just knowledge; it's not just a course. For me, it's a vital exchange.

My "Why"

You know me as the founder of Professione Business in Giubiasco, a strategic partner for companies in Ticino, Switzerland, and Italy, specializing in the Marketing and Sales areas of businesses. Our vision is clear: to help companies grow by consolidating their business, in order to improve the well-being and welfare of all the people who make them up.

But Professione Business is only part of my story.

I have always seen training as a continuous flow. Receiving it is my daily fuel. I like to surround myself and collaborate, even with clients, with solid, competent, and smart people from whom I can learn and give back something useful every single day. I've done it in schools, at university, in master's programs, and today I continue to study every day. It's a passion, of course, but also a necessity in a fast-paced technological and digital world.

The other side of the coin: delivering value

But there's something equally powerful: delivering training.

Teaching has always been a passion of mine. I am fascinated by the idea of caring for people to whom I know I can give something that will make a difference in their lives. Transmitting what I know, rekindling their curiosity, their spirit of experimentation, helping them set learning goals... this excites me.

My past experiences have shaped me:

• At the University of Brescia: I taught innovative topics such as eCommerce and its developments.
• In Companies: I have always had a training role, not only with staff but, above all, with apprentices. For me, they were never "just kids to train." I have always tried to leave them not only technical notions, but also life and relationship lessons, which are fundamental in today's world.

A New Chapter is About to Begin

Teaching is an idea that has fascinated me for a long time, to the point of obtaining the FSEA certification (several years ago now) to officially become an adult trainer in Switzerland. I was waiting for the right moment to start teaching here in Ticino as well, not just in companies.

That moment has arrived.

After many years, the stars seem to have aligned. I met professionals, exceptional people, who ignited that spark in me: to bring this passion to life, to teach to make people happy, to help them grow, to change if necessary to achieve their goals.

I firmly believe that "together" is a powerful word. Together we are unstoppable, especially when people with high skills and a shared vision come together.

I am working to create a place where people can even just be together, build community, talk, listen, share. A place where you know there's always someone there for you.

A place that changes your life.

From training, to sharing, to community, to happiness. This is what training means to me.

A new training project is about to be born that will complement my work at the Professione Business agency. I can't wait to share it all with you.
